Tricia Anne Scully Obituary
SCULLY, TRICIA ANNE Tricia Anne Scully died peacefully in her home, surrounded by family and close friends on December 22, 2012 after a long, courageous battle. Tricia was born on August 5, 1965 to Patricia Whiteman (Scully) and William J. Scully (her father pre-deceased her in January). She graduated from The Morgan School in 1983. She was a true free spirit, an artist at heart. Her creativity was truly her gift. She spent years creating and sharing unique works of art with many. She became close to the Giordano family after years of being a care giver to Cosette. All who knew her loved the way she was so honest with her (often colorful) words! She smiled at everyone and invited many into her life and family. She was a very loving mother and friend who will be missed by many. She is also survived by her children Jade and Joseph Vergalitto of Clinton, sister Maureen Scully Tranquilli (Edwin), brother William Scully (Tina), brother Tim Scully, father of her children Alan Vergalitto and four step-children, step-mother Linda Scully and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews, friends and extended family. She is also pre-deceased by her grandparents, two of her special aunts, many friends (including William Norton) and her favorite pets (Violet and Jackie). A mass in her honor will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday, December 29, 2012 at St. Mary's Church in Clinton. In lieu of flowers, any donations may be made to the Tricia Scully Memorial Fund for her children - Liberty Bank (attn: Pamela Gronback), 8 East Main Street, Clinton, CT 06413.
