SIENA, NANCY Nancy Oliva Siena of New Haven died February 16, 2014 at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Bridgeport. She was the wife of the late Sebastian J. “Sonny” Siena. Loving mother of Camille (Joe) Relihan and Mark Anthony (Kathy) Siena. Sister of John Oliva and the late Joseph and Alphonse Oliva. Grandmother of Kristen and Kevin Relihan, Christopher and Stephen Siena. Nancy was born in New Haven September 14, 1929 to the late Carmen and Annunziata Oliva. She had worked in the cafeteria at Jepsen School in New Haven for several years prior to retiring. Nancy was a devoted parishioner of St. Donato Parish and a member of the Altar Society. She, along with other members, handcrafted Palm Crosses which were sold during the Easter season. Nancy enjoyed going to the East Shore and Atwater Senior Centers. Her funeral will leave the IOVANNE FUNERAL HOME, INC., 11 Wooster Pl., Saturday morning at 10 for a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Francis Church at 10:30. Burial will follow in All Saints Cemetery. Visiting hours will be Friday from 4-8pm. Contributions in Nancy’s memory may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Way, Memphis, TN 38105-1942.
