VAUISO, ROSE MADELINE CASTLEVETRO Rose M. Vauiso, 82, of West Haven died on March 8, 2014. Wife of the late Joseph C. Vauiso. Mother of Joseph (Nadine) Vauiso, Nicholas (Julia Consiglio) Vauiso and Rosemary (Steve) Long, all of West Haven; Deborah (David) Molloy of FL; and Dena (Lyman II) McWain of Madison. Grandmother of Anthony and Russell Vauiso, Kayla and Maria Long, Nicole Lemieux and Lyman McWain III, and great-grandmother of three. She is also survived by her brothers Dominic and Anthony Castlevetro, her sisters MaryAnn McDermott and Yolanda Dematteo, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, Madeline and Dominic Castlevetro, her brothers Ludwig and John Castlevetro, and sisters Margaret Peterson and Madeline Sullivan. Rose will be remembered by all for her warm smile, selfless nature and endless strength. You will always have a special place at Sunday dinners, Mom. We love you. The hours for visitation will be THURSDAY from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the West Haven Funeral Home at the Green. Her funeral procession will leave the funeral home Friday morning at 10:30. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Our Lady of Victory Church at 11:00. Interment will follow in All Saints Cemetery.
