Frank was great person. He was kind and caring and always had time to stop and listen or give an encouraging word. Regularly, he had a new story to share about his grandchildren and what they were up to. He loved his family very much. I am thankful for his friendship. He will be greatly missed.

Frank was a true gentleman and great boss. Always a friendly smile and always talking about his grand kids. Never forget the pastries on the Saints day I could never remember and the way he use to tease me about it. Frank, Ed, Mary, Kevin, Hattie, and the rest of the "Olin" family. I remember those days fondly. Rest in peace my friend. Every once in awhile I still feel your friendly pat on my back and hear you telling me everything will be fine.

My Tribute to Frank DeMilo
From Joe Gesullo
I want to mention a couple of things that remind me of Frank DeMilo.
I recall the days we commuted together on our company van back and forth from Milford to Stamford, CT, and all the laughs we had because of Frank. He made the ride bearable!
Also, if it weren't for Frank, hundreds of people, including myself, would never have heard or fallen in love with Lucibello's Pastries in New Haven. There wasn't a month that went by that Frank did not bring in one of those "oozing" Italian Birthday Cakes for someone in our office. Lucibello's should name a pastry after him!
Also, how we would joke about our similar Italian family traits.
Frank was the cause of great joy and laughter amongst his friends. And even after retirement separated us, he made an effort to keep up those relationships. I'll always remember him and smile!

Frank was one of my mom's personal favorites. She just loved him. He was more than her supervisor at Olin, he was a close friend.

An Ear that Listened
A Hand that helped
A Heart that shared
A Friend who always cared
When I count my blessings, Frank's insurmountable Love for Family and Friends tops the list. It was an honor to have worked with Frank.
To Fran and Family, May all your happy memories carry you through this sorrowful time. I am so deeply sorry for your loss.

Fran & Family - I am so sorry to hear about Frank. We worked together for all those years at Olin. Whenever I needed something done, an ear to complain to or just a friendly smile - Frank was always there. We were part of a "family" at Olin, and all he ever spoke about was his family, children and grandchildren. He was a very special gentleman and friend
My prayers and thoughts are with you all.

Frank was one of the first people I met in corporate accounting at Olin, he always found a way to help you out and had a joke or funny anecdote to go along with the answer. He was loved and respected by all. A great loss to his family, friends and colleagues.
I am truly sorry hear of your loss.

I was so saddened to hear of Frank's passing. I, too, worked with him at Olin, and he was such a wonderful, wonderful person. Frank had a solution to all of my accounting woes ! But more importantly, he always had a smile, and could make you smile. He was one of a kind - loved by everyone who knew him.
My thoughts and prayers are with him and his family, whom he so dearly loved and treasured.

Frank was one of the good guys, truly sorry to hear of his passing. I have many fond memories of our short time together in corporate accounting at Olin in the "old days" One of my favorite rememberances was that I made Frank a "fake" window for his office so he could become a member of the "windows" group. That small window hung on his wall at least for the time that I was there. Really sad to hear of his passing I will never forget his smiling face.
