STANLEY S. BRONSKI Sr.

1922 - 2015

BRONSKI, STANLEY S., SR. Stanley S. Bronski, Sr., age 92, passed away on March 14, 2015 in Boca Raton, Florida. Born and raised in Patchogue, NY he spent many years in Orange, CT and Deerfield Beach, FL. He was predeceased by his wife, Estelle, and is survived by his five children, Paula Brindeiro of Brasilia, Brazil; Stanley Jr. of Litchfield, CT; Ned Bronski of Brooksville, FL; Elaine Vale of Dallas, TX; and Amy Skelly of Ashburn, VA, and a large extended family including ten grandchildren. After graduating high school at 16, he went to work and later enlisted in the Navy during WWII. Stanley was a 1947 graduate of Yale University, where he was member of the Tau Beta Pi honorary engineering fraternity. He went on to establish the Connecticut Air Conditioning Company as a distributor for Carrier Air Conditioning, earning several national awards. He was active in his community throughout his life. During his time in Orange, CT, he had been president of Race Brook Country Club, Chairman of the Board of Finance, and a director of Orange National Bank, and also served as President of New Haven Rotary. After retiring to Deerfield Beach, FL, he continued his involvement and was president of his neighborhood homeowners association and was a bank director. Throughout life, Stanley was an avid golfer who had played worldwide, earned several holes in one, and even held a course record at age 89. Stan was a member of Pine Valley where he shared his love of golf with many friends and family. Visitation 5-8pm Monday, March 23, 2015 at Kraeer-Becker Funeral Home, 217 E. Hillsboro Blvd., Deerfield Beach. Funeral mass will be held 9:30am Tuesday, March 24, at St Ambrose Catholic Church, 380 S. Federal Hwy, Deerfield Beach.
