Foulds, Carol Virginia (Jones)*  
MADISON - Carol Virginia Foulds (Jones), 86 years old, died after a short illness at Sunrise of Madison on Wednesday, Jan. 28, 2015. Born to Hugo Weamer and Lillian Esther Jones in Newark, she had lived in Wayne for many years before moving to Madison in 2005. Carol received her B.A. in teaching and taught in the Clifton school system, and then was a special education teacher for the Wayne Township school system for 26 years, having retired in 2005. She was a longtime member, pianist, and soloist for Mountainview Gospel Church and the Grace Fellowship Church in Wayne. She was a Cub Scout Den Mother for many years in the 1960s. Carol was predeceased by her husband, William R. Foulds (2003), and was the devoted mother of Robert G. Foulds, of Live Oak, Fla., Howard H. Foulds, of Elmwood Park, Steven C. Foulds, of Sparta, Nathan J. Foulds, of Franklin, and Elizabeth C. Ort, of Denville. Cherished by 10 grandchildren. The family will receive their friends at F. John Ramsey Funeral Home, One Main Street, Franklin, on Saturday, Jan. 31, from 6-8:30 p.m. Funeral service will commence at 8:30 p.m. at the funeral home. Cremation will be private. Memorial gifts to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, Tenn., 38105-1942 would be appreciated. Information and condolences can be found at
