Mildred Thompson Corley


SANDYSTON - Mildred Thompson Corley, 87, of Sandyston, died on Sunday, Jan. 27, 2013. Visitation will be held at The Jacob A. Holle Funeral Home, 2122 Millburn Ave, Maplewood, on Wednesday, 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. only. A graveside service will be held at Fairview Cemetery, 1852 Victory Blvd., Staten Island, at 10:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to Blue Ridge Rescue Squad, P.O. Box 232, Branchville, NJ 07826, would be appreciated.
Mrs. Corley was born in Staten Island and had lived in Sandyston for the past 30 years. She was in the US Marine Corp during World War II. She was a member of Sussex County Arthritis Support Group. She was the beloved wife for 60 years to the late Clarence E. Corley (Lt.Col. Ret); devoted mother of Carol Samsel; loving grandmother of Lauren Samsel; and is also survived by nieces and nephews.
