HARDYSTON -- Angelo Marzorati, 93, entered into eternal life on Thursday, Nov. 8, 2012. Born in Paterson, he was the son of the late Guiseppe and Virginia (Arnaboldi) Marzorati. Mr. Marzorati has been a resident of Hardyston since 1995 and prior to that had resided in Elmwood Park and Wayne. For more than 44 1/2 years, he was employed as a machinist by Curtiss-Wright Corp. in Woodridge, retiring in 1981. He was a former parishioner for 33 years of Our Lady of Consolation R.C. Church in Wayne. At the time of his death, he was a parishioner at St. Jude the Apostle Church in Hamburg and a member of the churchâ€™s senior club. He was a former member of the Sussex Elks Lodge B.P.O.E. #2288 in Sussex. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his beloved wife of 67 years, Lucy Marzorati, in 2010. He is survived by his loving children, Raymond Marzorati and his wife, Rose, of Hardyston, Roberta Gervasi and her fiance, George Lauster, of Sparrowbush, N.Y., Virginia Yovich and her husband, Bruce, of Highland Lakes, Joseph Marzorati and his wife, Geraldine, of Montague, Edward Marzorati and his wife, Marion, of Vernon, and Richard Marzorati, and his wife, Terriann, of Vernon; 10 grandchildren; eight grandchildren; along with several nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral on Monday, 9 a.m., at Ferguson-Vernon Funeral Home, 241 Route 94, Vernon. For GPS directions, use address 1 Vanderhoof Court, Vernon. Mass of Christian Burial will be Monday, 10 a.m., at Church of St. Jude the Apostle Church, 4-24 Beaver Run Road, Hamburg. Entombment to follow at Immaculate Conception Cemetery Mausoleum, Hardyston.
