STOCKHOLM -- Betty J. Fraser, 83, passed away on Tuesday July 23, 2013 at Select Specialty Hospital Northeast in Rochelle Park. Born in Paterson, she was the daughter of the late Alexander and Lillian (Braun) Stark. Mrs. Fraser had been a resident of Stockholm for 45 years and prior to that had resided in Fair Lawn. For 20 years she was a teacher's assistant and had worked at The Learning Grove in Wantage, retiring in 2001. She found great joy in being with her family and the time she would spend at the beach. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Fraser was predeceased by her sister, Vera Fertel. She is survived by her loving husband Robert Fraser, of Stockholm; her daughters Kelly Caldwell and husband Eric and Pamela Wisse and husband Warren, all of Wantage; a sister Muriel Leodori, of West Milford; her loving grandchildren Eric, Tyler, Brandon, Clayton, and Austin Caldwell and Gavin Wisse; great-granddaughter Brooke Caldwell; along with niece Patricia Ensign, of Hamburg, and nephew Glen Fertel, of Highland Lakes. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral 10 a.m. on Saturday, July 27, at the F. John Ramsey Funeral Home, One Main Street, Franklin. Interment to follow at George Washington Memorial Park in Paramus.
