WANTAGE - Gina Imbaratto, 84, of Wantage, died peacefully with her entire family at her side Tuesday, May 14, 2013, at the Kindred Care Center Saint Clare's Hospital Dover Campus. Born and raised in Paterson, she had lived in Wyckoff before moving to Wayne to raise her family. Mrs. Imbaratto resided in Wantage for the past 30 years. Daughter of the late Sabato and Christina (Iannacone) Pisano, Gina was a past parishioner of St. Monica's Roman Catholic Church in Sussex where she served as a Eucharistic Minister. More recently she had been a parishioner of St. Jude Roman Catholic Church in Hamburg. A loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sibling, Gina enjoyed most of all spending time with her family. She was a true Frank Sinatra fan, and enjoyed traveling. A member of the Wantage Township Senior Citizens, she also organized their trips. Pre-deceased by her five brothers and a sister, Gina is survived by her beloved husband of 65 years, Wilbert C. Imbaratto. Also surviving are her son, John W. and his wife, Sue, of Laurinburg, N.C.; her daughters, Darlene A. and her husband, Ross Wiessmann, of Wantage, and Gina M. and her husband, Jim Eskin, of Andover. Also surviving are her grandchildren, Andrea M. and John W. Imbaratto, Christina Shroeder and Kristen M. Eskin; as well as her great-grandchildren, Haylee and Payton Imbaratto. Visitation will be held Thursday, May 16, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 8:30 p.m. Funeral services will follow immediately at 8:30 p.m. at Iliff-Ruggiero Funeral Home, 156 Main St. (Route 206), Newton.
