MONTAGUE -- Joan C. Przybylinski, 84, of Montague, died Wednesday, June 27, 2018, at Karen Ann Quinlan Home for Hospice in Fredon Township.

Born and raised in Clifton, Joan lived in Saddle Brook, then moved to Venice, Fla., in 1998 and returned to New Jersey in September 2017. She was a 20-year member of Moose Lodge Chapter 758 in Venice, Fla., a 20 year member of American Legion Post 159 in Venice, Fla., a member of the Disabled American Veterans in Venice, Fla., as well as a volunteer for many other organizations. Joan also enjoyed music, fishing and Bingo.

The daughter of the late James D. Grant and Alice (Kuiper) Grant, Joan was also predeceased by her husband, Frank, in 1990. She is survived by her sons, Robert Przybylinski and wife, Debi, of Jefferson Township, and Frank Przybylinski, of Carey, N.C.; her daughter, Debra Guida and husband, Steven, of Montague; two grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother, James Grant and wife, Gail, and their children.

Visitation will be held from 4-7 p.m. Sunday, July 1, at the Smith-McCracken Funeral Home, 63 High St., Newton.
