PALMER TWP., Pa. - John M. "Jack" Pach Jr., 82, of Palmer Township, Pa., passed away Saturday, Jan. 5, 2013, in Blough Health Care Center, Bethlehem, Pa. He was born in 1930, a son of the late John M. and Lura Pach Sr. John was preceded in death by his wife, Evelyn, in 2007. He was employed as a production line worker for M&M Mars in Hackettstown until his retirement in 1989. John was of the Methodist faith. He volunteered for the Flagler County Sheriff's Department and served as a volunteer firefighter for Andover Borough. John is survived by his sons, John M. Pach III, and wife, Debbie, of Rahway, Paul Gelok, of Budd Lake, and Daniel Gelok, and wife, Kim, of Indiana; daughters, Sonja Pach, of Newton, and Margaret Lewis, and husband, Ted, of Palmer Township, Pa.; 19 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. In addition to his wife, a daughter, Lillian Miller, and a brother, Waldo Pach, preceded John in death. A calling hour will be held Saturday, Jan. 12, from 1 to 2 p.m. at Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas St., Palmer Township, Pa. A memorial service will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. in the funeral home. Interment will be private.
