WANTAGE - Marjorie E. Todd (De Groat), 89 years old, died at her home on Saturday, Feb. 21, 2015.
Born to Nelson De Groat and Elizabeth De Groat (Carr) in Newton, Majorie had lived most of her life in Wantage.
Marjorie worked as a school bus driver for Havens Bus Service, in Wantage, for many years. She was a parishioner of St. Jude the Apostle R.C. Church in Hamburg.
Marjorie was predeceased by her husband, Edward H. Todd (1994), and a son-in-law, Andrew D. Rome (Oct 2, 2014).
She was the devoted mother of Genevieve Rome, of Wantage, Eileen Decker and her husband, David, of Tennessee, Patricia Woodul and her husband, David, of California, and Edward H. Todd, Jr. of Pennsylvania. She was cherished by 12 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
The family will receive their friends at Ferguson Funeral Home, 27 Third St., Sussex, on Thursday, Feb. 26, from 6-8 p.m. Memorial gifts, in lieu of flowers, to a favorite charity would be appreciated. Information and condolences can be found at www.fergusonsussexfuneralhome.com.
