DINGMANS FERRY, Pa. - Robert Breen Jr., 58, passed away Thursday, Sept. 5, 2013, at Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center in Suffern, N.Y. Born in Sussex to Robert S. Breen, Sr. and the late Glenda (Sartell) Breen, Bob grew up in the Sussex-Wantage area and graduated from High Point Regional High School in 1974. He lived in the Sussex area before moving to Dingmans Ferry, Pa., in October 1992. When the former Jamesway Department Store in Wantage opened, Bob became employed there and worked at the store for 10 years and then worked at both the Newton and West Milford ShopRite supermarkets for a total of 10 years. Bob had attended Sussex County Community College and received his degree in nursing and had worked at the Andover Nursing Home from 1989 to 1993. He was predeceased by his mother, Glenda, in 2005; his brother, David Breen, in 1964; and his sister, Janice J. Gately, in 1998. He is survived by his father, Robert S. Breen Sr., of Wantage; his brother, Gerald J. Breen, also of Wantage; and several aunts, uncles and cousins. Friends may pay their respects to the family from 10 a.m. to noon Wednesday, Sept. 11, at Pinkel Funeral Home, 31 Bank St. (Route 23), Sussex.
