HARDYSTON - Robert S. ""Bobby"" Edelmann, 55, of Hardyston, died Monday, Feb. 4, 2013, at Overlook Hospital in Summit, following a short battle with cancer. Mr. Edelmann was born in Cedar Grove and grew up in Wantage. He had resided on the Big Island of Hawaii for the past 25 years, recently moving to Hardyston.Mr. Edelmann was an electrician for Cyanotech Corp. in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii.Mr. Edelmann was predeceased by his parents, Eugene Edelmann and Florence Edelmann Havens. He is survived by his children, Autumn Ann Edelmann and Kirk Lopaka Edelmann, both of Kona, Hawaii; brothers and sisters, Eugene ""Jay"" Edelmann, of Aspen, Colo., Rick Edelmann, of Lakeville, Pa., Sue Ann Matheis, of Hardyston, Christopher Havens, of Wantage, and Donald Havens, and his wife, Cathy, of Wantage; stepsister, Tara Havens Koger, of Franklin; and stepbrothers, Jason Havens, of Dingmans Ferry, Pa., and Jeremy Havens, of Westtown, N.Y.; as well as many nieces and nephews.Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 9, at F. John Ramsey Funeral Home, One Main St., Franklin. Private cremation will follow. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday, Feb. 8, at the funeral home.
