NEWTON - Virginia A. Borusiewicz, 43, of Newton, died Tuesday, Feb. 11, 2014, at Newton Medical Center. Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., Virginia was a longtime resident of Sussex County. She was a project director for ICC Trio in Parsippany. An active participant in the American Heart Association Heart Walk, Virginia was a soccer coach in Newton and was the treasurer for the Soccer League in Newton. She loved Broadway. Virginia is survived by her husband of 15 years, Charles "Charlie" Borusiewicz; her daughter, Rachel Borusiewicz; her mother, Carol Handlin; and two brothers, Thomas Arrasate and William Handlin and wife, Amy. She also is survived by her uncle, Herb Stubbmann; her cousin, Allison Walsh and husband, Paul, and their children, Jane, Gavin and Nora, and her cousin, Lisa Fettig and husband, Chris, and their children, Hannah and Hayden; her mother-in-law, Janis Kuklasinski and husband, Stanley; and her sister-in-law, Nicole Kuklasinski, and niece, Brionna; and her stepfather, Dennis Handlin. A memorial service will be held next weekend. Arrangements are under the direction of Smith-McCracken Funeral Home, 63 High St., Newton.
