NEWTON -- Thomas P. Perigo, 62, of Newton, died Tuesday, Aug. 26, 2014, at Newton Medical Center. Born in Newton, Mr. Perigo lived in Sussex County for most of his life. He formerly worked in construction. The son of the late Paul and Jennie (McCollum) Perigo, Mr. Perigo was also predeceased by his brother, Richard McCollum. He is survived by his sister, Barbara A. Ligons, of Newton; his brother, David Perigo and wife, Diane, of Newton; and his nieces and nephews, Pete and Trinity Ligons, of Montague, and Lindsey, Matthew, McKenzie, Braedon, Anthony and Chris Perigo, of Newton. He is also survived by his close friends, Ray, Darlene, Jenna, Ernie, Corey, Joleen, Judy and Roger.
