BETHLEHEM, Pa. - Grace Rydell, 90, of Bethlehem, Pa., formerly longtime resident of Frelinghuysen, passed away Thursday, Sept. 16, 2011, at St. Luke's Hospice, Bethlehem, Pa. She was predeceased by her husband, Charles, the former mayor of Frelinghuysen. In her earlier years she was a waitress at the former Sunset Lodge in Blairstown, and also was employed as a hostess at the Panther Valley Country Club, Allamuchy. She is survived by two sons, Ronald C. Rydell and his wife, Leslie, of Dunellon, Fla., and Gary J. Rydell and his wife, Judy, of High Point, N.C.; two daughters, Sharon H. Hachtman and her husband, Robert Jr., of Bethlehem, Pa., and Sandra Lynn Wohlleb and her husband, Charles, of Newton; a brother, Glenn Castimore, of Blairstown; 10 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a sister, Harriet Vaughan. Services will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. at the First Presbyterian Church, Blairstown. Visitation will be Monday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Newbaker Funeral Home, Blairstown. The family requests donations be made in her memory to the First Presbyterian Church, P.O. Box 385, Blairstown, N.J.
