BLAIRSTOWN -- Mary B. Gouger, 91 years of age, of Blairstown, passed away Saturday, June 29, 2013, peacefully at home. Mary was born in the Yellow Frame section of Fredon Township May 21, 1922, and was a lifelong resident of Blairstown. She was the daughter of the late Miller and Marie Arnold Budd. She was a homemaker and along with her late husband, Ray, owned and operated the Gouger Farm, Polkville Road, Blairstown. She was a member of the Yellow Frame Presbyterian Church, Fredon. She is survived by her daughter, Madeline Gouger, Blairstown; three grandsons, David Gouger, Bowdoinham, Maine, and Jeffrey and Mark Hoadley, Blairstown; two granddaughters, Susan Olah, Mexico, N.Y., and Teresa Langston, Holland Township; and several great grandchildren. She is also survived by five nieces, Judy McSherry, Hardwick, Robin Nicholais, Blairstown, Barbara Ann Sampson, Cardinal, Va., Lynn Kapuschinsky, Hazelton, Pa., and Debbie Agens, Blairstown. In addition to being predeceased by her husband, Raymond, in 1990, she was predeceased by a son, Richard â€œDickâ€ Gouger, in 1997; a grandaughter, Jill DiVittorio, Blairstown; and two sisters, Eleanor Taylor, Ethel Lauer. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m., Tuesday, July 2, at Newbaker Funeral Home, 200 Route 94, Blairstown, with services following at 8 p.m. July 2.
