LAS VEGAS, Nev. - Harold James Hill, 69, of Las Vegas, Nev., formerly of Sussex, died Friday, Aug. 16, 2013, in the hospital. Born to Samuel Wilson Hill and Dorothy Hughes Hill, Harold went to Sussex High School. He was in the Army and was a Vietnam veteran and a retired truck driver. Harold lived in Las Vegas for the last 20 years with his wife, Paula. Harold was predeceased by his father, Samuel, in 1976; his mother, Dorothy, in 2007; and his brother, Donald, in 1992. He is survived by his wife of 20 years, Paula; brothers, Samuel W. Hill, of Poway, Calif., Arthur and his wife, Marion, of Parsippany, and his sister, Arlene and her husband, Lloyd Bosland, of Dingmans Ferry, Pa.; sons, David Hill and his wife, Lori, of Burlington, N.C., and Daniel Hill of Burlington, N.C.; several grandchildren; one-great grandchild; as well as several cousins, nieces and nephews. Harold will be buried in Las Vegas, Nev.
