Billy was a very upbeat, friendly, engaging person. I have a lot of happy memories of working with him at JFK in the 80s/90s. He was very witty, a had a great touch of devil-may-care. So sad to hear of his passing, He'll was well loved and will be long remembered. So long, Billy-bob!

Worked with Billy at Newark Airport. Enjoyed talking sports with him. Remember that he was a huge Yankee and Giants fan. RIP.

Billy was such a friendly fun guy! I met him many years ago when we worked in the Customs Hall and in Aviation Operations. We had the same birthday, and had a special bond and connection. I am so saddened, but Billy Bob, I want you to keep laughing and smiling in heaven. You will be missed!
