SCHOLL
Harold "Dutch" Scholl Sr. of Ft. Thomas, passed away on March 27, 2014 at the Baptist Home in Newport, KY. Mr. Scholl was a WWII Army Veteran. Mr Scholl was a retired purchaser with General Electric in Evendale. Mr Scholl was the founder of the Sons of Dixie Chorus, he was a member of the Southern Gateway Chorus that won the International Chorus Championship at Carnegie Hall in NY, a lifelong church choir member, and a member of St. John's UCC in Newport, KY, also a member of the Latonia Masonic Lodge F&AM. He was preceded in death by his wife, Anna Marie Scholl, and a son, Harold "Dutch" Scholl Jr.. Mr. Scholl is survived by his wife, Charlotte Luecke Scholl, sons Mike (Tonia) Scholl, Scott Scholl, and Drew Scholl, a daughter, Paula (Rick) Houliston, brothers, Gordon (Kim) Scholl, Tom (Doris) Scholl, a sister, Laverne Lucas, grandchildren, Jenna Scholl (Jarrod) Overmann, Michael Scholl, Anna Marie Houliston, Drew Houliston. Funeral Ceremony will be held 12:00 pm Saturday, April 12, 2014, at St. John's United Church of Christ, in Newport, Kentucky. Burial will take place in the Evergreen Cemetery Southgate, Kentucky.
