WALTHERS
Ercil L. Walthers, 93, of Ellenton, Florida, formerly of Florence, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday, December 24, 2013 at Bradenton Hospice House in Brandenton, Florida. Ercil was in the Army as a cook during W.W.II. He retired from General Electric in Evendale, Ohio as a machinist. Ercil was a member of First Baptist Church in Covington, Kentucky. He enjoyed biking and was an avid Bowler and was also a Kentucky Colonel. Ercil is survived by his Son: Emmette E. Walthers of Florence, KY; Sister: Jewel Walthers of Covington, KY; 16 Grandchildren & 5 Great Grandchildren. Visitation will take place at the Connley Brothers Funeral Home in Latonia, KY on Friday, January 3, 2014 from 10:00 AM until time of service at 12:30 PM. Entombment and a Honor Guard service will be at the Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Erlanger, KY. Memorial Suggestion to Community Services of Northern Kentucky 31 Spiral Drive Florence, KY 41042.
