DECKER
Mary E. Decker (nee Ruschman) age 94 of Ft. Thomas, passed Tuesday, July 15, 2013 at her residence. She was a homemaker and a long time member of St. Therese Parish, Southgate. Mary was active in the Alter Society at St. Therese and specialized in helping many others over the years. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Paul Decker (1980), 2 brothers and 2 sisters. Mary is survived by her daughters, Sandy (Ed) Buchheit of Durham, NC, Carol (John) Fey of Cold Spring, Pam Decker of Longmont, CO and Jane (Mark) DeSoi of Pensacola, FL; son, Dan Decker of Ft. Thomas, KY; 8 grandchildren: Thomas, Michael, James, Kristin, Shannon, Nathan, Dylan, Eva and 12 great-grandchildren. No visitation. Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 6 p.m., on Friday, August 2nd at St. Therese Church, 11 Temple Place, Southgate, KY. Memorials are suggested in the form of Masses or to St. Therese Church 11 Temple Place Southgate, KY 41071 or Hospice of the Bluegrass 7388 Turfway Rd. Florence, KY 41042.
