Mary Cook Obituary
Mary Ann, 68, of Williamstown, KY. died October 29, 2015. She was a teacher for 42 years in the Grant County School System & in Florida. She was a member of St. William Catholic Church & the Retired Teachers Association. She was active with volunteer work with her church & the St. Vincent DePaul Society. She enjoyed cooking, sewing & reading. She was preceded in death by her parents: Lawrence & Luvenia O'Hara & by a brother: Bobby O'Hara. She is survived by a son: Ryan O. Cook of Corinth, KY., a daughter: Laura (Fred) Scroggins of Dry Ridge, KY., a sister: Betty Jo O'Hara of Jacksonville, FL., a brother: Eddie O'Hara of Hayes, LA. She has 2 grandchildren: Samuel Scroggins & Eli Scroggins. Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 am Monday, November 2 at the St. William Catholic Church, Williamstown, KY. Visitation will be Sunday, November 1 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the McDaniel Funeral Home, Corinth, KY. Burial will be in the Williamstown Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to the St. William Church or to St. Elizabeth Hospice. www.mcdanielfuneralhome.com.
