Beverly "Joy" (nee Bartlow) of Southgate, KY. Devoted mother of Cherliynn Reagan, Rebecca Hooker and Terry DeRonde. Loving grandmother of Adrienne Thornburg, Stuart Reagan, Jr., Elizabeth Briggs, Lesley Lampen and Stefanie Kamerman. Adoring great-grandmother of Natalie Jackson, Owen Jackson, Mia Thornburg, Emma Kamerman, Morgan Lampen and Reagan Briggs. Survived by her sister Nita Rosenburger and her brother Richard Bartlow. She was preceded in death by her parents Mr. & Mrs. S. C. Bartlow of Hope, IL., a brother Forrest Lyle Bartlow and a sister Nona Margie Judy. Joy passed away Friday, February 1 at age 83 years.
