Caroline Stroetz Giglia, 92, of Fort Thomas, passed away on April 7, 2013 at St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Edgewood, KY. She was an accomplished musician playing the clarinet with many Big Bands and the Northern Kentucky Symphony Orchestra. She was a member of the Prince of Peace Lutheran Church where she directed and sang with the Choir. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Giglia. Caroline is survived by her daughters, Susan Giglia (Paul) Carroll, and Carol Giglia (Craig) Williams, Grandchildren, Emily (Jason) Martin, Amy Carroll, Joy Williams, Cara Williams, Eric Williams, Great-Granchildren, James Martin, Ella Martin, Nieces, Lois Tollefson, Carol Walther, and Nephews, Randy Stroetz, Philip Stroetz. Visitation 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Wednesday, April 10, 2013 at Dobbling Funeral Home, Fort Thomas. Funeral Ceremony will be held 10:00 am Thursday, April 11, 2013, at the Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, Bellevue, Kentucky. Burial will take place in St. Stephen Cemetery in Fort Thomas, Kentucky.
