Christopher L., 37 of Newport, passed away May 1, 2013 at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Fort Thomas KY Chris was an Iron Worker for Local Union #44. He was preceded in death by his Father, Albert Lee Francis. Chris is survived by his Daughters, Skyla Francis and Aubrey Francis both of Newport, KY, and Surrogate Daughter, Hannah. Mother, Patricia Francis of Newport, KY, Sister, Tara Kubinski of Columbus, OH, and Granddaughter, Kaelynn. Celebration of Life will be held 6:00 pm Tuesday, May 7, 2013, at the Dobbling, Muehlenkamp-Erschell Funeral Home, Bellevue, Kentucky, with Rev. Mike Sweeney, officiating.
