Constance Ann, age 68 of Union, KY passed away Friday, April 13, 2012. Vietnam Veteran of the Army, Member of Circle of Faith Group at Florence United Methodist Church. Survived by husband of 48 years Richard Bedner, Sr., daughter Kimberly Towle, son Richard Bedner, Jr., sister Carole Lee Kooser, brother John Kooser, son-in-law Vaughn Towle, daughter-in-law Tonya Bedner, grandson Zachary Towle, also several nieces and nephews.
