Elizabeth Mary Brewer (nee. Ebert), 78, of Wilder, passed away on Wednesday, October 23th at Select Specialty Hospital, Ft. Thomas. She was a former cheerleading coach at Newport Catholic High School, volleyball coach with the Bellevue Vets and a girl scout leader at Sacred Heart School, Bellevue. Later in life, she studied Spanish at NKU and thoroughly enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren & sisters. Elizabeth was born on July 26, 1935 to the late Stanley & Clara (Connett) Ebert. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Brewer of 58 years & aunt/stepmother, Eva (Connett) Ebert. She is survived by her daughter, Sherri (Don) Schmitz; son, Terry (Midge) Brewer; daughter, Pam Brewer; daughter, Lisa Brewer; Close Family Friend, M.J. Ranz; sisters, Margie (Don) Plummer and Pat (the late Jack) Spradlin; grandchildren, Kristy (Kenneth) Bruce, Derek Schmitz, Renée (Errol) Piner, Terry Brewer, Tommy Hansman, Ben Brewer and Adam Schmitz; Great-Grandchildren, Paige Hansman, Noah, Aiden, Asa and Nathan Bruce. Also survived by her sister-in-law, Helen Buchholz and several nieces and nephews. Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, November 9th at St. Therese Church, Southgate with a reception immediately following mass in the church cafeteria.
