CHIPMAN
Lloyd "Gene", 73, of Richwood, Ohio died July 3, 2012 at University of Ohio Wexner Medical Center in Columbus. He was a Car Man for many years with Con Rail and served his country in the Army he was also an Evangelist with the Church of God, put on Puppet shows and would sing in nursing homes to brighten someones day. Survivors include his daughters Sondra (Mark) Chipman- Staten of Grove City, Ohio and Debra (Clayton) Chipman of Marysville, Ohio; brothers Eddie and Howard Chipman both of Williamstown, Richard Chipman of Moncks Corner, South Carolina; sister Alma Elliott of Sanders; the apple of his eyes, 5 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. His dear wife of 51 years Norma Bays Chipman preceded him in death. Visitation will be Wednesday 4:00pm until time of service 6:00pm at Newport Church of God in 401 Katurah Street Newport, KY 41071.
