Beloved husband of 52 years to Delores "Dodie" (nee Hicks) McCarthy. Devoted father of Peggy Jean (Tom) Hartman, Karen Denise (John) Goderwis and Patrick D. (Danielle) McCarthy, Jr. Loving grandfather of Seth and Ethan Hartman, Lauren and Tara Goderwis, and Allison and Patrick III McCarthy. Brother of Margaret McCarthy, Lawrence McCarthy and the late Edward McCarthy. Passed away Friday, July 6, 2012, age 75. Visitation at Frederick Funeral Home, 2553 Banning Rd.
