Patrick W., 71, passed away May 9, 2012. He was a Retired Tax Examiner for the I.R.S. and a Veteran of the United States Air Force. He is survived by his Brother Michael Parker. A Memorial Service will be held Thursday May 31, 2012 at 1:00 P.M. at Llanfair Retirement Community, 1701 Llanfair Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45224.
