BOWLING
Sherman, age 82, of Verona, KY passed away on Friday, July 20, 2012 at St. Elizabeth Health Care in Florence, KY. He worked and owned a home improvement business that he retired from after many years and was a dedicated member of the Ashland Avenue First Church of God. He was an Army veteran of the Korean Conflict. Sherman is survived by his Wife: Vivian R. Bowling of Verona, KY; Son: Don (Juli) Bowling of Versailles, IN; Brothers: Jim Bowling of Cincinnati, OH, A.B. (Hubert) Bowling of Pennsylvania, Lee Bowling of Ocala, FL and Paul Bowling of Muncie, IN; Sister: Mary Davidson of Manchester, KY; Grandchildren: Chris Bowling and Ryan Bowling; Great Grandchildren: Cameron, Cory and Keegan. Visitation will take place at Ashland Avenue First Church of God in Latonia, KY on Wednesday, July 25, 2012 from 9:30 AM until the Funeral Service begins at 11 AM. A 2 PM Committal and Honor Guard Service will take place at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery North in Williamstown, KY followed by interment.
