BOWLING
Sherman, age 82, of Verona, KY passed away on Friday, July 20, 2012 at St. Elizabeth Health Care in Florence, KY. He worked and owned a home improvement business that he retired from after many years and was a dedicated member of the Ashland Avenue First Church of God. He was an Army veteran of the Korean Conflict. Sherman is survived by his Wife: Vivian R. Bowling of Verona, KY; Son: Don (Juli) Bowling of Versailles, IN; Brothers: Jim Bowling of Cincinnati, OH, A.B. (Hubert) Bowling of Pennsylvania, Lee Bowling of Ocala, FL and Paul Bowling of Muncie, IN; Sister: Mary Davidson of Manchester, KY; Grandchildren: Chris Bowling and Ryan Bowling; Great Grandchildren: Cameron, Cory and Keegan. Visitation will take place at Ashland Avenue First Church of God in Latonia, KY on Wednesday, July 25, 2012 from 9:30 AM until the Funeral Service begins at 11 AM. A 2 PM Committal and Honor Guard Service will take place at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery North in Williamstown, KY followed by interment. Connley Brothers Funeral Home in Latonia, KY is serving the family. Memorial Donations are suggested to the Ashland Avenue First Church of God 524 West Southern Avenue Latonia, KY 41015.
