BREFELD
Michael Wm. "Pop", age 65 years, of Walton, KY passed away May 23, 2014 at St. Elizabeth Medical Center, Edgewood, Kentucky. He worked for Duro Paper Bag Manufacturing for 46 years as VP of Purchasing and was the Fire Chief of Oak Ridge Volunteer Fire Department from 1969 until 1975. Michael is survived by his wife Kathy Brefeld; daughters Kelly Brefeld and Michelle Warner; granddaughters Jasmine, Morgan and Kamryn; great grandson Jayden; brothers Marty, Mark, David and Doug Brefeld; many nieces, nephews and friends. Visitation will be held at Floral Hills Funeral Home, Wednesday, May 28, 2014 from 4:00pm until 8:00pm. Funeral Service will be held at Floral Hills Funeral Home, Thursday, May 29, 2014 at 10:00am. Burial will be in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens. Memorials suggested to the American Heart Association or the Diabetes Association. www.floralhillsmemorialgardens.com
