SCALF

Samuel A. Scalf, 86, of Highland Heights, passed away on August 8, 2014 at his residence. He was a machinist with C & O Railroad, where he worked for 40 years. Sam had a passion for collecting and restoring antique American cars. He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Mildred Scalf, parents, James and Liddie Ellen Scalf, brothers, Gene, Andrew, and Billy Joe. Samuel is survived by his daughters, Colleen Ryan of Alexandria, KY, and Linda (Randall) Rash of Alexandria, KY, Sister, Trula, Granddaughter, Erin (Rick) Mann, Grandson, Geoffery (Cathy) Rash, Granddaughter, Sarah Corea, Grandson, Justin (Alicia) Ryan, Great-Granchildren, Bryan Corea, Christopher Corea,Olivia Mann, Reese Ryan, Quinn Ryan, Camden Ryan and Mackenzie Rash. Visitation 10:00 am to 11:00 am, Tuesday, August 12, 2014 at Dobbling Funeral Home, Fort Thomas. Funeral Ceremony will be held 11:00 am Tuesday, August 12, 2014, at the Dobbling Funeral Home, Fort Thomas, Kentucky. Burial will take place in the Evergreen Cemetery Southgate, Kentucky.
