Ronald Bitter Obituary
Bitter
Ronald W. Bitter, 72, of Florence, died Thursday, October 18, 2012 at St. Elizabeth Healthcare of Florence. He was a Navy veteran, a member of St. Paul Church, the Lions Club, the Elks Club, and the American Legion. He was a former Florence City Councilman and a volunteer for the Disability Council. Ronald was also an avid UK Wildcat fan. He is preceded in death by his father, Melvin Bitter; and sister Deborah Houze. Ronald is survived by his wife, Rita Senters Bitter; daughters, Rhonda (Gregory) Rozanski and Shari (Larry) Kilmer both of Florence; mother, Ruby Collins Bitter; and grandchildren, Kelsey Rozanski, Brandon Rozanski, Zachary Kilmer, and Ryan Kilmer. A visitation will be held on Monday, October 22, 2012 from 6 PM to 8 PM at Chambers & Grubbs Funeral Home of Florence. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 12:00 Noon, Tuesday at St. Paul Church in Florence. Mr. Bitter will be laid to rest at Mother of God Cemetery in Latonia.
