Marlene, 58 of Highland Heights passed away Nov 25 at St. Elizabeth Hospital Ft. Thomas. Marlene retired after 30 years as a tax examiner with the IRS. She is preceded in death by her son Donald Carnes. Survived by her loving husband Steve Carnes, son Ronnie Carnes, daughter Mary (Tom) Nitschke, 5 grandchildren, brothers Rick and Everett Anderson, sisters Kathy McComas and Jane Turner and many neices and nephews.
