Frances V. (nee Geiman) Kappes, 91 of Highland Heights, KY passed away on February 9, 2013 at her residence. Mrs. Kappes was a homemaker. Life long member of St. Joseph Church, Cold Spring. Also a member of the Campbell County Senior Citizens. Frances was born March 13, 1921 in Cold Spring, KY to Joseph James Geiman and Rosa Keller Geiman. She was preceded in death by her Husband, Lawrence Bernard Kappes, and Son, Lawrence F. Kappes. Mrs. Kappes is survived by her Daughter, Audrey (Ray) Koester of Highland Heights, and Daughter-in-law, Kathy Kappes of Columbus,OH., 7 Grandchildren, Tony (Heather), Dan, Jon (Chrissy), Jennifer (Kevin), Michael (Tina), Elizabeth (Shawn), and Laura (Josh), 6 Great Grandchildren, Robbie, Evelyn, Samuel, Henry, Claire, and Gianna. Visitation 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm, Thursday, February 14, 2013 at St. Joseph Church, Cold Spring. Mass of Christian Burial will be held 7:30 pm Thursday, February 14, 2013, at the St. Joseph Church, Cold Spring, Kentucky, with Rev. Gerald Reinersman, officiating. Entombment will take place in the St. Stephen Cemetery, Fort Thomas, Kentucky. Memorials are suggested to the Hospice of the Bluegrass 7388 Turfway Rd. Florence, KY 41042.
