Thomas Dorgan Obituary
DORGAN
Thomas J. Dorgan, 78, of Cold Spring passed away on Saturday, May 23, 2015 at the Hospice Care Center in Lexington. He was a retired banker with the Federal Reserve Bank. He was a member of the Newport Elks and a friend of Bill W. He was an avid UK and Cincinnati Reds fan. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Nancy A. O'Toole Dorgan; sons, Thomas (Tammy) and Gregory (Marisol) Dorgan; daughter, Janis Longbottom; grandchildren, Erin (Mark) Hudepohl, James and Randal Longbottom, Michael, Kristin and Millicent Dorgan; great granddaughter, Julia Hudepohl; many nieces and nephews. Visitation 5:00 to 7:00 pm on Friday, May 29 at St. Catherine of Siena Church, Fort Thomas with Mass following at 7:00 pm. A reception will follow Mass in the church hall. Burial 10:00 am on Saturday at St. Stephen Cemetery, Fort Thomas. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Henry Hosea House, PO Box 72046, Newport, KY 41071 (online at www.henryhoseahouse.com) or St. Catherine Church, 1803 N. Ft. Thomas Ave., Ft. For several years Tom called my young children on Christmas Eve as Santa Claus. They loved it! He made a lasting impression and wonderful memories for them. We will miss him. Prayers for the Dorgan Family.
