Rick, Passed away September 11, 2015 at St. Elizabeth Hospice, Edgewood. Visitation will be held at Floral Hills Funeral Home on Monday, September 14, 2015 from 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm. Funeral Service will be at Floral Hills Funeral Home on Tuesday, September 15, 2015 at 11:00 am. Entombment will immediately follow at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens. You may express online condolences at www.floralhillsmemorialgardens.com
