Ken Cottongim Obituary
Kenneth "Ken" Cottongim, 79 entered into eternal life of on Tuesday, June 20, 2016 at University Hospital in Cincinnati, OH. Ken was a lifetime member of the American Motorcycle Association and a retired Teamster. Ken was preceded in death by his parents Laddle Cottongim and Sybil Browning and his brother Eric Browning. He will be dearly missed by his loving wife of 52 years Helen Cottongim of Florence, KY; his children: Jason Cottongim of Burlington, KY, Regina Shirley of Burlington, KY and Deborah Gutherie of Tampa, FL; grandson Corbin Cottingim of Petersburg, KY; siblings Virgil Cottongim of Naples, FL, Cecil Cottongim of Lebanon, MO, Lola Cheeks (Shelby) of Jonesville, KY and Velvet Sayler of Lexington, KY; as well as many family members and friends. Visitation will be held at on Sunday, June 26, 2016 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Linnemann Family Funeral Home and Event Center in Burlington, KY. Funeral service will be held on Monday, June 27, 2016 at 11:00 at the funeral home, with burial to follow at Burlington Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to Petersburg Baptist Church 6537 Market Street, Petersburg, KY 41080. Online condolences to:
