Skip was a great friend and companion whose range of knowledge made for stimulating and funny conversations. His children were his greatest love. My heartfelt condolences go to his children. I feel fortunate that I was considered a part of his Tulane family.

I have been a friend of Skips for the pass 32 years. I met him when I began working at Tulane. He was a mam with a very large loving and caring heart. He loved his children Sara and Andrew with his whole heart. He will be missed by many friends and family. My God bless his children, friends and family during this time of sorrow

I parked next to your father at the Charles House (we live in New Mexico and are only in New Orleans intermittently). He was a kind man, offering to help carry groceries or to go to the Prytania Theater with him. I am sorry for your loss.
