Glenquel Emerson entered into rest on Tuesday, October 4, 2016 at the age of 20. Daughter of the late Melissa Ann Stone and Glen Emerson. She is survived by her adopted parents, Rodney and Ann Patrice Stone. Sister of Dalton and Johnathan Stone, Glen Emerson, Kenelle Stone, Glenisha and Brandie Rowe the late Ken and Greg Stone, Devoted companion of Brandon Polk. Relatives and friends of the family; Pastor, officers and members of St. Joseph Baptist Church; staff and employees of Little Beautiful Minds Nursery, are invited to attend the service. A funeral will be held at Charbonnet Labat Glapion Funeral Home, 1615 St. Philip Street, on Saturday, October 15, 2016 at 10 AM. Interment Providence Memorial Park. Visitation 9 AM IN THE CHAPEL. 5 weird years later and I still miss aggravating you, miss hearin ya girl and Trisha fuss, being your sew inn slave case yu always needed your hair done, and being your goofy cause you always wanted to be serious with me I miss you so much. I miss our talks we was bouta go to our first party together you always goin somewhere I had my clothes ready to go right with you too I was bucked up your such a gem I wish I could write down all our fun times together we so silly it gotta be in our blood tede couldn´t take us nowhere like don´t get me started bout all the summer camps you couldn´t be more of a sister a person every person needs you left scars all over the city im happy to be just like you, you left a piece of you in me when a piece of me was took. forever you!
