Laurence E. Adams
Laurence E. Adams, 71, of Broad Brook and formerly of North Adams, died on Wednesday December 12, 1012 at Manchester Memorial Hospital. Larry was born in North Adams, the son of Aurelian and Helena Adams. He graduated from Drury High School in North Adams and was a 1964 graduate of St. Anselm College.
A "seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in writing, editing, teaching and customer service" he formerly worked at General Electric in Schenectady, N.Y., Pratt & Whitney in East Hartford, Conn., and Standish Associates in Wethersfield, Conn.
Larry is survived by his daughter Christine Adams of Lexington, Mass., his son Stephen Adams of Stratford, Conn., two granddaughters, his brother Donald Adams of North Adams as well as several nieces and nephews and his dear friend Joan Lindstrom.
Besides his parents he was predeceased by his brother Robert Adams.
