CUCCURULLO
Guarino A. (Whitey) (Cookie) of Cresskill passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by his loving family, on December 21, 2013. Loving husband of Marie (nee LaVecchio). Beloved father of Suzanne Noeding and her husband James, Barbara Feeney and her husband William, Lorraine Griffin and her husband Craig. Devoted grandfather of Derek and his wife Michelle, Ryan and his wife Diana, Ian, Elliott and his wife Rachel and Dane. Dearest great-grandfather of Dominic and Marina. Whitey was predeceased by his parents and seven brothers and sisters. He was an Army veteran of World War II. Whitey was retired from the NYC Sanitation Department and the NJ Turnpike Authority. He was a member of the American Legion in Cresskill. Whitey was an avid chess player, poet and bowler along with being a great story teller. He was a dedicated husband, loving father and family man. Visitation Friday, 2-6 PM, at the Barrett Funeral Home, 148 Dean Drive, Tenafly. Funeral Mass Saturday, 11 AM, St. Therese R.C. Church, Cresskill. Entombment Garden of Memories, Twp of Washington.
