GERARDO
Vincent, age 82, of Fort Lee, on January 6, 2013. He was born in Brooklyn, NY and served his country proudly in the Army in the Signal Corps during the Korean War. He was an Assistant Camera Man and Member of the IATSE Local 644 for over 50 years and worked on over 60 films. He also served on the IATSE Union Executive Board for 20 years and was an active member of the Fort Lee VFW for 30 years. He was well respected in the Film Industry, the Local VFW and throughout the community. Beloved husband of Mary (nee Bruno). Devoted father of William Gerardo and his wife Roxanne and Michael Gerardo and his wife Susan. Cherished grandfather of Gregory, Nicholas and Anthony. The family will receive their friends on Thursday 3-5 and 7-9 PM at the Frank A. Patti and Kenneth Mikatarian Funeral Home 327 Main Street "opposite the Fort Lee Library." The funeral will leave Friday at 10:30 AM for the celebration of his funeral mass in the Historic Madonna R.C. Church On The Hill at 11 AM.
