This is to both my sons Daniel and Walter. Daniel you lost your dad but you still have your life ahead of you, so make dad proud. He will always be watching over you and guiding you in the right direction. Walter my son, dad always had a big connection with you and you have already made him proud even though you didn't call him much and I had to hear it, but you hardly called me either, so keep up the good work. He loved you both very much and was always very proud of you both along with your 3 sisters. Mom

Dear Rebecca, Renee, Natalie, Daniel and Walter,
I have many fond memories of your dad the “Mayor” from my Fort Lee days many years ago.
Memories can tell us only what we were,
In company with those we loved;
It cannot help us find out what each of us, Alone, must now become. Yet, no person is really alone
Those who live no more still echo within our thoughts and words, and what they did have become Woven into what we are.
May you rest in peace Walter.
