ZYM Sandra (Grotsky) 78 of Woodland Park died peacefully on Sunday, June 26, 2016. Born in Passaic, she resided in Clifton and Totowa before moving to Woodland Park nine years ago. A graduate of Passaic HS, Sandra attended Fairleigh Dickinson University. She was employed as a sales representative for the Nestle Corp. in Wayne for 15 years prior to her retirement. Previously, she was employed as a bookkeeper for both the Clifton News Journal and Tel Instrument Electronics Co. Sandra is a member of the Italian American Club and the Four Seasons Great Notch Womens Club of Woodland Park. She is survived by her loving husband of 56 years, Orie John Zym, devoted mother of John of PA, Richard of Totowa and Gary of Wayne, cherished grandmother of five, dear sister of Samuel Grotsky of Lodi and Joseph Grotsky of CA. Funeral services will begin 9:15AM Friday at Allwood Funeral Home, 660 Allwood Road, Clifton, NJ 07012 with a 10AM Mass at St. Philip RC Church. Burial will follow at East Ridgelawn Cemetery. Zygmunt, Thomas (Editorial) - Kinnelon  
KINNELON — Services were held for Thomas M. Zygmunt, 64, of Hamburg, who died on Friday, June 24, 2016. He was the father of David of this community. Born in Paterson, Mr. Zygmunt was raised in Clifton and lived in Hardyston for the past 30 years. He was the assistant postmaster for the Clifton post office and the postmaster for the Paterson and Wayne post offices before retiring. Also, he was a former president of the Hardyston Planning and Zoning Board. He was a former treasurer of the Wallkill Valley Soccer Club. And, he was a former coach and umpire with the Wallkill Valley Little League. Services were Sunday at the Bizub-Quinlan Funeral Home, Clifton. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the American Cancer Society, 20 Mercer St., Hackensack, NJ 07601. Mr. Zygmunt is survived by his wife, the former Laurie Stanchak; his other sons, Kevin of Boston, and Brian and Mark, both of Toms River; his brother, Richard of Wayne; his sister, Patricia of Clifton; and his granddaughter, Mackenzie. He was predeceased by his parents, Chester and Blossom.

Zygmunt, Thomas* - Hamburg  
ZYGMUNT Thomas M., 64, of Hamburg, NJ passed away Friday with his family by his side. Born in Paterson he was raised in Clifton and resided in Hardyston for last thirty years. Mr. Zygmunt was the assistant post master for the Clifton Post Office and was the post master for the Paterson Post Office and then the Wayne Post Office before retiring. Thomas was the former president of the Hardyston Planning and Zoning Board, former Treasurer of the Wallkill Valley Soccer Club and former coach and umpire of the Wallkill Valley Little League. He was predeceased by his parents, Chester and Blossom (nee Haik) Zygmunt. He is survived by his wife the former Laurie Stanchak; four sons, David M. Zygmunt and his wife, Lindsay of Kinnelon, Kevin T. Zygmunt and his fiancée, Megan McCurdy of Boston, MA, Brian C. Zygmunt and Mark J. Zygmunt both of Toms River, NJ; one brother, Richard Zygmunt and his wife, Susan of Wayne; one sister, Patricia A. Zygmunt of Clifton; one granddaughter, Mackenzie Zygmunt; and three nieces and one nephew. Arrangements by Bizub-Quinlan Funeral Home, 1313 Van Houten Ave., Clifton. Visiting hours Sunday 2:00 pm-6:00 pm with a prayer service sometime during viewing. Private cremation to follow.
