Everett Conklin

CONKLIN
Everett George, age 81, of Boynton Beach, FL and formerly of Rutherford, NJ, passed away at home on May 1, 2014.
He was preceded in death by his wife Mary Ann (Alpisa) in 1974, and sister Patricia (Conklin) Clinton in 2004. He was born on September 3, 1932 to Everett and Ruth (Purick) Conklin.
Everett is survived by his sister Betty Jane (Conklin) Baxter and husband William of Ann Arbor MI, and his three children: Robert Conklin and wife Grace of Paterson, NJ; Janet Conklin and Everett Charles Conklin both of Clifton, NJ. He was the proud grandfather of Tyler and Jesse Conklin of Paterson, NJ.
Everett was a horticulturist and V.P. at Everett Conklin & Co Inc. In retirement he was an amateur outdoor photographer and award winning stained glass artist with McMow Glass studio, Lake Worth, Fl.
Everett graduated from Cook College, Rutgers University, 1955. He was a member of Alpha Gamma Rho and was a Captain with the US Army.
A memorial gathering will be held Wednesday, May 7th, 6-8 PM in Florida at the Boynton Memorial Chapel,
www.boyntonmemorial.com. A private memorial will be held this summer in NJ.
